Registered Nurse (RN) – Dialysis

Location: Las Cruces, New Mexico
Pay: $30.90–$51.56 per hour (based on experience)

As a Dialysis RN, you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team under the supervision of the Charge Nurse while providing exceptional care to patients receiving life-sustaining dialysis treatments. You will also assist in supervising Patient Care Technicians to ensure the highest standards of patient safety and quality of care.

What You'll Do
  • Provide safe, comfortable, and high-quality dialysis treatments to patients with kidney disease.
  • Complete and document comprehensive physical assessments before and after each dialysis treatment.
  • Monitor patients throughout treatment, recognizing and responding appropriately to changes in patient condition.
  • Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and established clinical protocols.
  • Complete monthly medication profile reviews to ensure optimal renal care and medication management.
  • Collaborate with physicians, dietitians, social workers, Patient Care Technicians, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Participate in all required patient assessments, care planning, and interdisciplinary team meetings.
  • Supervise and support Patient Care Technicians while promoting a positive, team-oriented work environment.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation while ensuring compliance with all regulatory and organizational standards.
  • Help ensure appropriate staffing levels to support safe, high-quality patient care.
Qualifications
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • Current BLS certification (or ability to obtain as required).
  • Dialysis or nephrology experience preferred; motivated nurses with strong acute care experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
  • Passion for providing compassionate, patient-centered care.

Compensation

$30.90–$51.56 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

Pay Details: $31.00 to $52.00 per hour
