Location: Las Cruces, New Mexico
Pay: $30.90–$51.56 per hour (based on experience)

As a Dialysis RN, you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team under the supervision of the Charge Nurse while providing exceptional care to patients receiving life-sustaining dialysis treatments. You will also assist in supervising Patient Care Technicians to ensure the highest standards of patient safety and quality of care.
What You'll Do- Provide safe, comfortable, and high-quality dialysis treatments to patients with kidney disease.
- Complete and document comprehensive physical assessments before and after each dialysis treatment.
- Monitor patients throughout treatment, recognizing and responding appropriately to changes in patient condition.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and established clinical protocols.
- Complete monthly medication profile reviews to ensure optimal renal care and medication management.
- Collaborate with physicians, dietitians, social workers, Patient Care Technicians, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Participate in all required patient assessments, care planning, and interdisciplinary team meetings.
- Supervise and support Patient Care Technicians while promoting a positive, team-oriented work environment.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation while ensuring compliance with all regulatory and organizational standards.
- Help ensure appropriate staffing levels to support safe, high-quality patient care.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Current BLS certification (or ability to obtain as required).
- Dialysis or nephrology experience preferred; motivated nurses with strong acute care experience are encouraged to apply.
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
