A growing organization in Shreveport, LA is seeking a talented Graphic Designer Media professional for a direct hire opportunity focused on high-quality print and digital marketing design. This role is ideal for a creative designer with a strong foundation in typography, layout, composition, color theory, and brand-focused visual communication.

Key Responsibilities
- Design print marketing materials including signage, point-of-sale displays, advertisements, brochures, promotional pieces, and branded collateral.
- Create digital assets for websites, email marketing, online advertising, social media, and campaign support.
- Apply strong typography, layout, visual hierarchy, color, and composition principles across all design projects.
- Prepare production-ready files and complete print production and pre-press tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to develop creative concepts from initial idea through final execution.
- Manage multiple design projects at once while meeting deadlines, maintaining brand consistency, and delivering high-quality work.
Compensation and Benefits

- Salary: $50,000 to $75,000 per year, depending on experience.
