Compensation: Up to $1,050 to $1,190.00 gross pay per shift
Assignment Duration: 12 Weeks
Available Shifts: Days and Nights
Status: Per Diem (PRN) Available

The Registered Nurse will ensure the provision of safe patient care by employing the nursing process, which includes assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. This role involves delivering direct patient care within the defined scope of practice. Additionally, the Registered Nurse will oversee and guide patient and family education, as well as the activities of other nursing staff, while upholding care standards in the Telemetry Unit. They will be directly accountable for the care provided to their assigned patients and will communicate with physicians regarding any changes in the patient's clinical status, including cardiac monitoring, diagnostic study results, and symptomatology. The ability to respond swiftly and accurately to changes in patient condition or treatment response is essential.
QualificationsEDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND TRAINING
- Possession of a current and valid state RN License.
- Current BLS certification upon hire, with maintenance of certification required.
- Basic Arrhythmia Interpretation certification within 30 days of hire.
- Current ACLS certification within 30 days of hire, with ongoing maintenance required.
- A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience is mandatory.
Our organization offers competitive pay. The estimated compensation for this role ranges from $75.00–$85.00 per hour, specifically for California residents. This estimate may vary for other locations. The final compensation will be determined based on various factors, including skill level, relevant experience, education, certifications, and licensure.
