Large manufacturing company in Langhorne is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist. This position in onsite Monday-Friday. The Talent Acquisition Specialist provides the full range of recruiting and talent acquisition support to the business, including sourcing, screening, selection, and onboarding of qualified candidates for assigned client groups. This role will primarily support high-volume hourly manufacturing recruiting, with a particular focus on skilled and technical manufacturing positions. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will also perform selected HR Generalist responsibilities, as needed, to ensure a positive employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle.
