Urology APP (NP) - Adventist Health Columbia Gorge

Adventist Health Columbia Gorge is seeking to add a full-time Urology NP in The Dalles, Oregon. Licensure/Certification:

* Board eligible or board certified Nurse Practitioner (NP)

* Unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state(s) of practice

* Must meet hospital medical staff credentialing standards
