Production Lead

Nucor Trademark Metals Recycling is seeking a dedicated Production Lead to join our team in Orlando, FL, who will own daily operations, lead crew members, and maintain safety and production standards in an outdoor industrial environment. Candidates must have at least 1 year of leadership experience in heavy manufacturing or scrap recycling, 3 years of industrial experience, and a strong mechanical aptitude. Compensation & Benefits Earnings & Pay Structure: Average annual earnings of $85,000+ with weekly pay including base pay, overtime opportunities, production bonuses, and profit sharing.
