Locum Tenens NP - Urgent Care Opportunity in New York

Join Our Team as a Healthcare Provider

At our organization, we strive to streamline the locum tenens experience. We not only assist in finding positions that align with your preferences but also manage all logistical aspects such as credentialing, accommodation, travel arrangements, and much more. Work Schedule

• Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 9 AM - 7 PM (10-hour shifts)
• Monday - Friday: 10 AM - 6 PM (8-hour shifts)
• Saturday: 10 AM - 6 PM (8-hour shift)

Patient Care Expectations

• Manage a caseload of 25 - 35 patients daily, aiming for a target of 40 patients per day.
• Provide true urgent care services, accepting walk-ins with an established triage process.
• Required skills include primary care and urgent care expertise.
• Experience in wound care, rapid testing, and cancer screenings is essential.
• Pap smears are preferred, though there is no procedure room available on-site.
• Documentation for FMLA and disability is necessary.

Compensation

Hourly rates range from $75.00 to $95.00. These figures are estimates and may vary based on several factors, including the urgency of the position, your experience and qualifications, and other considerations. The rates are all-inclusive, combining base pay with potential earnings from overtime, on-call duties, and holiday pay. For specific details, please consult your recruiter.
