We are excited to announce an opening in our bustling outpatient clinic, which is experiencing a surge in patient volume.

Position Overview

• Join a dedicated team consisting of 3 Physicians and 1 Advanced Practice Provider.
• Provide care for patients from newborns to seniors, with no obstetrics required (optional shared care available).
• No on-call duties!
• Extra compensation available for ER and/or inpatient work.

Facility Information

Our organization operates a 25-bed critical access hospital and primary care clinic, serving approximately 12,000 residents in Hancock County and nearby areas. We are recognized as a Level IV Area Trauma Care Facility and are affiliated with a Level III Trauma Center and regional teaching facility.

Candidate Requirements

• Must be board certified or board eligible, with certification required within three years of eligibility.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a highly competitive compensation package, which includes:

• A $150,000 bonus package!
• A base salary of $301,290 plus production incentives.
• 34 days of paid time off (PTO) when on base; 40 days of PTO when on production.
• Annual Continuing Medical Education (CME) allowance of $4,000.

Qualifications

Applicants must be graduates of an accredited medical or osteopathic medical school and have completed a relevant residency program. Candidates should be board certified or eligible and must be able to secure medical staff privileges at our facility. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively are essential. A valid Iowa physician license, Iowa Controlled Substance Certificate, and Federal DEA Certificate are required.
