\nHall Automotive is continuing to grow our presence in Elizabeth City, and our fixed operations team now has an opening for an Experienced Service Advisor / ASM. This position has a base salary between $26,000 - $30,000 annually, plus includes a commision/bonus component based on performance. Anticipated total compensation is $46,000 - $86,000 annually.\n

\nOur automotive Service Advisor/ Service Writer greets customers and consults with them on their vehicle service needs.\n
\n
\nAutomotive Service Advisor / ASM Responsibilities:\n
\n- Provide customer service to include vehicle service care and manufacturer’s warranty specifications\n
\n- Schedule and manage service appointments and service estimates\n
\n- Address and resolve customer complaints\n
\n
\nAutomotive Service Advisor / ASM Qualifications:\n
\n- Prior experience in automotive service writing, preferred\n
\n- Working knowledge of basic car functions, characteristics, and operations\n
\n- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals\n
\n- Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software, internet proficiency, and general mathematic skills\n
\n
