Quick Facts Location: 6800 Scenic Drive, Rowlett, TX 75088 Start Date: 07/23/2026 End Date/Duration: Contract ongoing (per diem basis) Shift: 24-hour in-house shifts Hours/Week: Variable, based on shift availability Employment Type: Per diem Licenses/Certs: Texas medical license, Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN Experience: Prior hospitalist or OB/GYN inpatient experience preferred Pay & Benefits Pay package: $214.50/hour Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time as per applicable laws Travel, licensure, and certification reimbursements when applicable What You’ll Do Provide inpatient OB care including triage, admissions, and attending deliveries Support labor and delivery teams with surgical assistance (cesarean sections) and fetal monitoring Manage OB emergencies and respond to ER consults for GYN issues Collaborate with neonatologists and fetal specialists in a Level III NICU setting Cover private call to ensure continuous, high-quality patient care Participate in hospital coverage to maintain optimal patient outcomes What You Need Texas medical license and OB/GYN certification 1+ year of inpatient OB experience preferred Strong clinical skills in obstetrics and gynecology Ability to work independently in a hospital setting Excellent communication and teamwork skills About the Assignment Join a top-tier hospital in Rowlett, TX, offering a dynamic environment focused on women’s health.
