Quality Manager

--Position: Quality Manager --Location: Streamwood, IL --Company: Manufacturing Company --Responsibilities: The Quality Manager is responsible for managing a team of technicians, ensuring that all quality related standards and processes are being fulfilled. This person will do some hands on work as well as leading the team. You will also interact with customers regarding issues or for establishing expectations regarding new products or client relationships. This person is responsible for hiring, training, and disciplinary actions, as well as maintaining schedules.
