Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive care to patients and their families throughout various stages of life.
• Formulate and update patient care plans, ensuring coordination across different healthcare disciplines.
• Engage in shared accountability and collaborative decision-making regarding nursing practices.
• Ensure the safety and comfort of both mother and baby during labor and delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-risk labor and delivery settings is essential.
• Proficiency in fetal monitoring and antepartum care is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant clinical environment.
• Current certifications in BLS and NRP are mandatory.
• Familiarity with the Epic electronic health records system is necessary.
