You'll step into a replacement OB/GYN role with an established patient base as a long-tenured physician recently retired. This is a turnkey opportunity with steady volume and strong clinical support in a community setting. Practice Overview
- You'll join an established team of OB/GYNs and NPs
- Clinic support includes a minimum 1:1 LVN ratio; clinical support staff have at least 5+ years of tenure (low turnover)
- In-house lab and ultrasound; EMR is eClinicalWorks in clinic and MEDITECH in the hospital
- Women's services include 10 LDRP rooms, 2 dedicated OB ORs, Level I Nursery, and 24/7 in-house CRNA coverage
Schedule
- Clinic runs Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (hospital rounds 8:00-9:00 AM; first clinic patients at 9:00 AM; last appointment at 4:15 PM)
- Target clinic volume: 18-20 patients/day; appointments are 30 minutes new and 15 minutes follow-up
- Call is 7 days per month
- During call rotation, expect ~3-4 calls per week (weekends included); facility averages 20-30 deliveries/month
- During the week most physicians cover their own patient deliveries

Candidate Requirements
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in OB/GYN
- Comfort practicing in a community setting with Level I Nursery / Level I Maternal designation
- Ability to meet a 30-minute call radius requirement
- Comfort caring for Spanish-speaking patient population desired
