\n Responsibilities of a Manufacturing Supervisor:\n
\n
    \n
  • Lead and support the second-shift production team.
    • \n
  • Make sure daily production stays on schedule while meeting safety and quality standards.
    • \n
  • Train employees, track attendance, and help improve performance.
    • \n
  • Keep an eye on production, materials, inventory, and overtime to keep operations running smoothly.
    • \n
  • Solve production problems, improve processes, and work with other teams to make sure customer orders are completed on time.
    • \n

\n Requirements as a Manufacturing Supervisor: \n
\n
    \n
  • Experience leading people in a manufacturing or industrial work environment.
    • \n
  • Background working in factories, automotive, aerospace, military, or maintenance jobs.
    • \n
  • Able to lead a team, train employees, and help people do their best work.
    • \n
  • Good at solving problems, improving how work gets done, and using information to make decisions.
    • \n
  • Strong communication and organization skills, with the ability to work well in a busy, fast-paced environment.
    • \n
