About the Opportunity\n

\nA leading industrial manufacturing organization is seeking a *Reliability Engineer* to support operational excellence initiatives across multiple manufacturing facilities. This position plays a key role in improving equipment reliability, maintenance effectiveness, and overall production performance through the development and implementation of best-in-class reliability practices.\n
\n
\nIn this role, you will:\n
\n
\n* Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of reliability programs across multiple production sites.\n
\n* Develop and standardize reliability processes, including:\n
\n* Defect Elimination\n
\n* Criticality Analysis\n
\n* Preventive and Predictive Maintenance\n
\n* Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)\n
\n* Condition-Based Monitoring\n
\n* Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM)\n
\n* Champion a culture of reliability and asset ownership throughout the organization.\n
\n* Identify opportunities to improve equipment performance, operational efficiency, and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).\n
\n* Partner with operations, maintenance, engineering, finance, and technology teams to deliver sustainable improvements.\n
\n* Provide coaching, guidance, and technical support to site leadership and cross-functional teams.\n
\n* Analyze equipment and maintenance data to drive informed decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.\n
\n* Support enterprise-wide reliability strategies and best practice sharing across facilities.\n
\n
\nQualifications\n
\n
\n* Bachelor's degree in Reliability Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.\n
\n* Minimum of 5 years of experience in equipment reliability, maintenance engineering, manufacturing engineering, or a related discipline.\n
\n* Strong understanding of maintenance and reliability methodologies in an industrial or manufacturing environment.\n
\n* Ability to meet applicable regulatory and compliance requirements related to technology access and export controls.\n
\n
\nPreferred\n
\n
\n* Experience with Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM), and asset management systems.\n
\n* Demonstrated success leading cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing environments.\n
\n* Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, visualization, and performance reporting.\n
\n* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.\n
\n* Excellent communication, facilitation, leadership, and team-building skills.\n
\n* Ability and willingness to travel up to 50%.\n
\n
