Job Title: Fabric / Maintenance EngineerLocation: Manchester Start Date: As soon as possible Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: up to £34,000, plenty of optional overtime Build Recruitment are looking for experienced Fabric / Maintenance Engineers to join a leading FM Contractor working within a Corporate 15 storey office space in Central Manchester. We are looking for candidates with a strong background in commercial / FM / Maintenance Engineering to be able put forward, the role will consist of completing PPM's & reactive duties across the office, including assisting other trades as and where possible, such as basic plumbing.
