Residential Conveyancer / Plot Sales Fee Earner Location: HullJob Type: Full-time (Part-time considered)Working Pattern: Office-based initially, with hybrid working available following successful onboarding and depending on experience. An established and reputable law firm is looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancer / Plot Sales Fee Earner to join its growing property team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with residential conveyancing experience who is confident managing their own caseload and is looking to specialise in, or further develop their experience within, plot sales.The successful candidate will primarily be responsible for handling a caseload of plot sales transactions from instruction through to completion. You will work as part of a supportive and experienced conveyancing team, delivering a high standard of client care throughout the transaction.To be considered, you should have:\n

• Previous experience within residential conveyancing.
\n
• Experience managing your own caseload with minimal supervision.
\n
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
\n
• A proactive approach and strong attention to detail.
\n
• The ability to manage a busy workload while maintaining high levels of client service.
\n

Applications are welcome from qualified Conveyancers, Licensed Conveyancers, Solicitors, Legal Executives, and experienced Conveyancing Paralegals who have the confidence and ability to manage their own caseload.
