We are seeking an experienced BMC Helix Solution Architect to join a large-scale enterprise transformation programme. You'll play a key role in modernising IT service management by designing and implementing scalable, automated service management solutions that support critical business operations.
\nWorking within a complex enterprise environment, you'll help deliver resilient, cloud-enabled service management capabilities, improve operational efficiency, and drive automation across infrastructure and business services.
Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Design and architect BMC Helix solutions aligned to business and service management requirements. \n
- Lead the implementation and integration of BMC Helix ITSM, CMDB, Discovery, Digital Workplace and automation solutions. \n
- Work closely with infrastructure, cloud, application and business teams to deliver scalable enterprise service management platforms. \n
- Drive automation and workflow optimisation to improve service delivery and operational efficiency. \n
- Define solution architecture, technical standards, governance and best practices. \n
- Support continual improvements across Incident, Problem, Change, Asset and Configuration Management processes in line with ITIL. \n
- Provide technical leadership for platform upgrades, migrations and integration projects. \n
- Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot complex technical issues and ensure platform stability. \n
- Produce architecture documentation, technical designs and operational procedures. \n
- Engage with stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle to support strategic transformation initiatives. \n
- Implement and support security best practices aligned with CIS Controls v8.1. \n

- Proven experience designing and implementing BMC Helix solutions, including ITSM, CMDB, Discovery, Digital Workplace and automation capabilities. \n
- Strong experience with BMC Remedy/Helix architecture, workflows, integrations and service management processes. \n
- Experience implementing CIS Controls v8.1. \n
- Strong understanding of ITIL and enterprise IT Service Management best practices. \n
- Experience integrating BMC Helix with cloud platforms, infrastructure and third-party enterprise systems. \n
- Knowledge of automation, orchestration and AI-driven service management. \n
- Experience working on large-scale enterprise transformation programmes. \n
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. \n
- Experience with platform upgrades, migrations and performance optimisation. \n
- Ability to produce high-quality architecture documentation and technical designs. \n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. \n

- Understanding of mapping End User Computing (EUC) security capabilities to CIS Controls v8.1. \n
- BMC certifications (Helix ITSM, Remedy, Discovery or Digital Workplace). \n
- Experience with Azure, AWS or hybrid cloud environments. \n
- Scripting and automation experience (Python, PowerShell, REST APIs or orchestration tools). \n
- Experience integrating BMC Helix with monitoring, security or DevOps platforms. \n
- Familiarity with Agile, DevOps and CI/CD delivery practices. \n
- Experience working within large, complex or highly regulated enterprise environments. \n
