Finishing Foreman - Twycross - 3 MonthsApproach Personnel are currently working with a local construction Main Contractor, who are looking for a Finishing Manager to join them on a freelance basis for the next 3 months on a project in Twycross.The ideal individual would have relevant experience in a similar position for a construction main contractor and have relevant tickets; SSSTS/SMSTS , First Aid etc..Key Requirements:Valid in-date tickets: SSSTS/SMSTS, First Aid & CSCSProven Finishing Foreman experience working on a similar construction project.Strong health & safety and site procedure knowledge is essential.Key Duties:?????????????? Supervising all finishing trades, including carpentry, decorating, flooring, tiling, drylining, ceilings, mastic, and final fix M&E.Coordinating subcontractors to ensure works are completed in the correct sequence and to programme.Carrying out regular inspections and identifying defects before formal snagging.Managing snagging and de-snagging activities, ensuring defects are rectified promptly.Enforcing health and safety procedures, carrying out site inspections, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legislation.Monitoring the quality of workmanship and ensuring finishes meet specification, drawings, and client standards.This is a great opportunity for a Finishing Foreman with relevant experience looking for a medium-term contract.
