We have a range of in-house leadership and management development programmes to support your career development.About Tees GrangeLocated on Norton Road in Stockton-on-Tees, Tees Grange has 30 bedrooms across three small, purpose-built units, creating a homely, and supportive environment thats more responsive to individual needs.Tees Grange provides an excellent opportunity for a new manager to hit the ground running, with a Good CQC rating, full occupancy and a trained nurse led team dedicated to making everyday better for the individuals we support.The three units at Tees Grange provide care for people with severe cognitive impairment arising from a neurological condition, mental health conditions, behavioural needs, personality disorder and schizophrenia. A background in Mental Health is key for success in this position.About the roleAs a Home Manager with Exemplar Health Care, you wont just manage your home, youll be the heartbeat of everything that happens there.Youll be given a great deal of autonomy and will lead by example, driving your team and pushing for continuous improvement daily.
