CNC Setter / Operator / Team Leader Kidderminster c£40kMy client is an established manufacturing company who are expanding and extending their manufacturing facility. They are looking for a proven CNC machinist to join their team and carry out setting and operating of CNC machines performing milling and turning.Responsibilities: -Experience of Milling and Turning, including: - HAAS and Hurco 3 axis milling.Doosan Turning and Mill-Turn machines with live tooling and sub spindle capability.Degree of hands on when required to prepare and operate CNC machines to perform milling and turning activities.Understand specifications, drawings and 3D models and able to support quotation analysis in securing new business.Ability to develop machining programs and tooling to produce complex parts and new designs using OneCNC.Inspect and measure finished products and compare them with requirements to determine if the process has been completed properly.Workload planning and team management to meet agreed schedules.Material control including completion of works orders and use of computer system to report progress and job completion.Check and maintain machinery daily to ensure functionality and well maintained.Report and manage resolution of any machine malfunctions.The successful candidate will have proven skills and experience gained in this type of role.
