Sittingbourne, Farringdon or Croydon hybrid working availableReporting to the Head of Service, and as our technical expert, you will lead thePeople Systems & MI Teamto deliver a proactive, reliable and effective end-user focused service to internal stakeholders and the business.Our People Strategy commits to a programme of continuous improvement for our People systems. As part of this, youll be expected to lead on proposing/reviewing, designing and implementing process improvements to support more efficient processes and ways of working for our colleagues. Youll be hands-on and be responsible for making system configuration changes alongside the members of your team.Youll be based at one of our main offices in either Sittingbourne, Croydon or Farringdon, with the option for working in a hybrid way when appropriate and as agreed with your manager.What you need to have :Significant experience of working with and expert technical knowledge of Zellis HCM Cloud (ResourceLink) is essentialExperience of managing a team in a HR/People environmentExperience of managing a systems improvement programmeSubstantial experience of building and producing standard HR/People-related data sets as well as more complex KPI or statutory-related reports with trend analysis.Advanced skills in PowerBI and Excel as well as other standard MS applicationsSQL experience would be an advantageFor any informal queries, please contact the Head of People Shared Services, Kelly Rosa.Closing date: Sunday 23 rd August 2026 at 23.59pm.About usAt Southern Housing, our residents are at the heartof everything we do.
