The Role
\n From a recruitment perspective, this is a key senior appointment with responsibilities including:

• Leading on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters
\n
• Advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, business sales and purchases, restructures, and shareholder arrangements
\n
• Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, partnership agreements, and terms of business
\n
• Supporting owner-managed businesses, SMEs, and larger corporate clients across a range of sectors
\n
• Managing and developing key client relationships and referral networks
\n
• Supervising and mentoring junior solicitors and supporting team development
\n
• Driving business development initiatives and contributing to the strategic growth of the department
\n
• Working closely with other departments to provide a full-service offering to clients
\n

• Experienced Corporate Commercial Solicitor at Partner level or Senior Associate ready to step up

• Strong technical expertise across corporate transactions and commercial contracts

• Proven business development and client relationship management skills

• Leadership experience or a strong desire to lead and grow a team

• Commercially minded, strategic, and ambitious
