The Financial Services team in London advises clients across the full business lifecycle, from product development and regulatory compliance, to enforcement matters. The group works with a broad range of financial services and fintech businesses.

\n

You will advise banks, fintechs, payment firms, insurers and other financial services businesses on complex regulatory matters. This is an excellent opportunity to work with recognised experts, gain direct client exposure and build specialist regulatory expertise.

You will have:

  • 3 to 6 years' PQE in private practice or in-house.
  • \n
  • Experience advising payment firms, banks, insurers, funds, consumer credit firms or fintechs.
  • \n
  • A good working knowledge of the Financial Services and Markets Act, the Regulated Activities Order and the FCA/PRA Handbook.
  • \n
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to deliver practical, commercial advice.
