Quest Employment is representing a well-established client in Bicester that is looking for reliable and hardworking General Operatives to join their team. This role involves working within a chilled environment and offers opportunities across both dispatch and fresh food production departments.
\nSuccessful candidates will be comfortable working in a cold environment, carrying out physical tasks, and maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and safety.

Picking customer orders accurately

Scanning order tickets and products
\n - \n
Palletising and preparing orders for dispatch
\n - \n
Moving and lifting boxes weighing up to 20kg
\n - \n
Ensuring orders are packed correctly and ready for shipment
\n - \n
Maintaining a clean and organised work area
\n

Preparing and processing fresh fish products
\n - \n
Packing products into appropriate packaging
\n - \n
Labelling products accurately
\n - \n
Following food safety and hygiene procedures
\n - \n
Conducting quality checks on products
\n - \n
Maintaining cleanliness within the production area
\n

Previous warehouse, production, food production, or dispatch experience is advantageous but not essential
\n - \n
Comfortable working in a chilled environment
\n - \n
Able to carry out manual handling and lift up to 20kg
\n - \n
Good attention to detail
\n - \n
Reliable with a strong work ethic
\n - \n
Able to work effectively as part of a team
\n - \n
Understanding of health and safety procedures
\n

Cold/chilled working conditions
\n - \n
High-visibility vest and safety footwear are mandatory

Warm clothing is strongly recommended

Monday to Friday, 9:30pm 6:30am

Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm
