• Initial 6-month contract with strong likelihood of extension

• Active UK Developed Vetting (DV) clearance required (MOD)

WHAT WILL THE DV CLEARED CLERK OF WORKS BE DOING?

We are supporting a major National Security programme and are looking for an experienced DV Cleared Clerk of Works to oversee the delivery of a secure facility fit-out project in West London.

Acting as the client's on-site representative, you'll be responsible for ensuring construction works are delivered to the highest standards of quality, safety and compliance. This is a hands-on role requiring regular inspections, close collaboration with contractors and stakeholders, and meticulous attention to detail throughout the project lifecycle.

WE NEED THE DV CLEARED CLERK OF WORKS TO HAVE...

• Active UK DV (Developed Vetting) clearance (MOD)
\n
• Previous experience working as a Clerk of Works, Site Inspector or Quality Inspector
\n
• Experience overseeing secure construction, defence, government or critical infrastructure projects
\n
• Strong understanding of construction quality standards, building regulations and health & safety requirements
\n
• Ability to identify defects, monitor contractor performance and produce detailed inspection reports
\n
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
\n
