We are looking for an experienced Management Consulting Manager to join a leading global consulting organisations Aerospace & Defence practice, supporting clients through complex transformation programmes across the industry.

The Role\n

As an Aerospace & Defence Consulting Manager, you will:

  • Lead consulting project teams delivering complex transformation initiatives for A&D clients.
  • \n
  • Define problems, structure analysis approaches, and drive delivery across multiple workstreams.
  • \n
  • Work with senior client stakeholders to develop strategies and implement recommendations.
  • \n
  • Coach and develop consulting teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • \n
  • Lead workshops, innovation sessions, and client engagements.
  • \n
  • Support the development of new consulting offerings and business development activities.
  • \n
Essential Experience\n

We are looking for candidates with:

  • 5+ years experience in client-facing management consulting within the Aerospace & Defence sector.
  • \n
  • Strong knowledge across one or more areas including:\n

    • Supply Chain

    • Operational Improvement

    • Manufacturing

    • \n
    • Sourcing & Procurement

  • Proven experience leading teams and managing client relationships.
