Salary: £55,000 - £95,000

We are looking for an experienced Management Consulting Manager to join a leading global consulting organisations Aerospace & Defence practice, supporting clients through complex transformation programmes across the industry.

This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of technology, AI, defence capability, and large-scale business transformation, helping leading A&D organisations become more agile, innovative, and operationally effective.

The role offers exposure to strategic industry challenges, government defence clients, and high-impact projects that support the future of UK Aerospace & Defence.

As an Aerospace & Defence Consulting Manager, you will:

• Lead consulting project teams delivering complex transformation initiatives for A&D clients.
\n
• Define problems, structure analysis approaches, and drive delivery across multiple workstreams.
\n
• Work with senior client stakeholders to develop strategies and implement recommendations.
\n
• Coach and develop consulting teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
\n
• Lead workshops, innovation sessions, and client engagements.
\n
• Support the development of new consulting offerings and business development activities.
\n

We are looking for candidates with:

• 5+ years experience in client-facing management consulting within the Aerospace & Defence sector.
