As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will: Provide 1:1 and small group support for students with a range of Special Educational Needs. Encourage confidence, independence, and engagement in learning. Support students with their communication, social, emotional, and academic development. Work closely with teachers to create a positive and inclusive learning environment. Monitor students' progress and wellbeing throughout the school day.We're looking for a SEN Teaching Assistant who is: Patient, compassionate, and passionate about supporting young people with SEN. A confident communicator with a positive and proactive approach. Interested in gaining practical experience before a career in psychology, therapy, or education.
