Contract Manager - Night Shift (Mobile Role) We are currently recruiting for an experienced Contract Manager to join our growing team. Location: Mobile role covering 7 Elizabeth Line stations Hours: 8:00pm - 4:00am (Night Shift) Team Size: Managing up to 120 staff Key Responsibilities: Manage and support cleaning teams across multiple stations Ensure train cleaning is completed to the highest standards Oversee daily operations, staff performance, attendance, and productivity Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with rail industry standards and company procedures Build strong relationships with clients and ensure service delivery meets contractual requirements Requirements: Full UK driving licence (essential) Previous experience as a Contract Manager, Operations Manager, or in a similar management role Cleaning industry experience preferred Rail industry experience is advantageous PTS (Personal Track Safety) is advantageous, but training can be provided for the right candidate Pre-Employment Requirements: Successful completion of a pre-employment medical Drugs & Alcohol (D&A) screening Right to work in the UKThis is an excellent opportunity to join a busy rail cleaning operation, managing a large workforce across the Elizabeth Line network and ensuring the highest standards of service delivery.
