Site Agent

We’re working with an outstanding contractor to recruit a Site Manager on a portfolio of marine bias civil engineering projects. The business has an excellent reputation on the South Coast with working with clients such as the Environment Agency, local councils, trusts and the MOD. These projects range between £2m and £25m. Initially we require a Site Manager for a £15m+ portfolio of work in Hampshire, constructing a new sea wall, fenders, and small landside civils packages. There is the opportunity for more work off the back of these projects as well as other local tenders, therefore a clear run of work locally and genuine development to Project Manager and beyond. Site Manager responsibilities: * Writing risk assessments and method statements * Supporting the engineering team with long-term and short programmes * Working with the commercial team to manage change and EWN (NEC Contract) * Overall responsibility of health and safety * Managing design and quality of the project * Ensuring the project meets deadlines by managing the programme They have an esteemed history in water infrastructure and marine projects across the UK & Europe.
