RSR Temporaries is recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants and SEND Teaching Assistants (SENTA) to work within welcoming Primary Schools across the Warrington area. We have a variety of opportunities available, ranging from day-to-day cover to long-term placements.

As a Teaching Assistant or SENTA, you will:

• Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons and classroom activities.
\n
• Work with individual pupils and small groups to enhance learning outcomes.
\n
• Provide tailored support for children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
\n
• Promote positive behaviour and encourage pupil engagement.
\n
• Help create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment.
\n
• Assist with classroom preparation and resource organisation.
\n
• Support pupils both academically and emotionally throughout the school day.
\n

\n
• Experience working with children in an educational, childcare, or support setting.
\n
• A caring, patient, and positive approach.
\n
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
\n
• Confidence supporting pupils with varying learning needs.
\n
• Knowledge or experience of SEND is highly desirable for SENTA roles.
\n
• Relevant qualifications are beneficial but not essential.
\n
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
