• The successful candidate will have responsibilities such as:
\n
• Managing their own work allocation, processing cases on a timely and cost-effective basis.
\n
• Working on freehold, leasehold, and shared ownership properties.
\n
• Handling client enquiries both face to face and remotely.
\n
• Developing and maintaining strong professional working relationships with new and existing clients, estate agents, and lenders.
\n

THE CANDIDATE:\n

\n
• Applications are welcomed from candidates with a minimum of 2 years PQE.
\n
• You should have strong organisational skill set, IT literacy, and experience of using web-based case management systems.
\n
• It would also be beneficial if you are commercially astute, with an understanding of the importance of business targets and their impact on the practice, generating a fee income in line with agreed targets.
