Interim French-Speaking AccountantInitial 3-Month Contract | 5 Days per Week | Based Near High WycombeWe are currently recruiting for an experienced French-speaking Accountant to join a well-established international organisation on an interim basis for an initial 3-month contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on finance professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and supporting month-end accounting activities.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the finance team with month-end accounting activities.Process general accounting transactions accurately and in a timely manner.Complete balance sheet reconciliations and support process improvements.Review monthly financial results, ensuring accruals, prepayments and transactional coding are accurate ahead of month-end close.Resolve aged Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable queries.Work closely with operational teams to ensure outstanding finance queries are resolved promptly.Assist with ad hoc finance tasks and projects as required.About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:Previous experience in a broad accounting role covering Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, reconciliations, accruals and month-end reporting.Intermediate or above French language skills.Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs.Excellent analytical, organisational and communication skills.The ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a busy finance team.ERP system experience (IFS experience would be advantageous but is not essential).Contract DetailsInterim positionInitial 3-month contract5 days per weekBased near High WycombeImmediate start preferredIf you are an experienced French-speaking Accountant available for your next interim opportunity, we'd love to hear from you.Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
