Senior Treasury and Structured Finance Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Treasury and Structured Finance professional to play a leading role in shaping funding strategy, capital structure and financing solutions.

This is a highly visible position within the Treasury & Risk Management function, responsible for advising senior stakeholders on strategic financing decisions, evaluating investment opportunities, optimising capital structures and executing complex funding.

The successful candidate will work closely with CFOs, executive leadership, lenders, investors, rating agencies and financial advisers to ensure funding requirements are met while supporting long-term value creation and financial sustainability across the group

Key Remits to the role

• Treasury Strategy & Capital Structure
\n
• Evaluate financing requirements for major investments, projects and corporate initiatives.
\n
• Develop funding strategies that balance liquidity, leverage, risk and shareholder return objectives.
\n
• Debt Financing & Funding Solutions
\n
• Investment & Transaction Support
\n
• Monitor market developments and financing opportunities within global capital markets
\n

The ideal profile will be;

\n
• 10-12+ years' experience within Accountancy, Treasury, Structured Finance, Corporate Finance, Debt Advisory, Project Finance
\n
• Experience raising debt through bank markets and/or capital markets.
\n
• Strong understanding of capital structure, liquidity management and funding strategy.
\n
• Professional qualification such as CFA, CTP, CIMA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent preferred.
\n
• Corporate treasury and funding strategy
\n
