Care/Support worker roles - Scottish Islands

We are currently recruiting experienced Care Professionals for a variety of roles across , , , and Whether you are looking to secure a lucrative short-term contract or a longer-term placement, these positions offer an excellent balance of high earning potential, stable hours, and provided accommodation.

  Pay Rates starting at:

1. £19ph PAYE Rolled up for HCA and Support worker roles
\n
2. £21.50ph PAYE Rolled up for Senior roles
\n

\n
• Accommodation Included: Shared accommodation is provided by our clients for the duration of your placement.
\n
• Travel Costs Covered: Your ferry bookings to and from the islands will be fully reimbursed by Randstad.
\n
• Flexible Contract Lengths: We require a minimum commitment of 12 weeks, with several placements extending up to 6 months.
\n
• Work-Life Balance: If you choose to extend your contract past the initial 12 weeks, you are eligible to take up to 2 weeks of holiday.
\n

To be considered for these high-demand roles, you must meet the following criteria:

• Experience: A minimum of 12 months of experience within a suitable care role inside the UK.
\n
• Mobility: Must be a driver with access to your own vehicle (essential for navigating the island locations or commuting from your accommodation).
\n
• Right to work: As we're unable to provide sponsorship, you must have the full right to work unrestricted hours within the UK.
\n
