Our client, a well-established Legal 500 and Chambers-ranked law firm, is seeking a Private Client Paralegal to join its highly regarded team in Wokingham. This opportunity has arisen as part of the firm's long-term succession planning, making it an excellent role for someone looking to build a successful career in Private Client law.

The Role

Working alongside a team of eight experienced Private Client fee earners, you will manage straightforward probate matters with minimal supervision while assisting on a broad range of high-quality Private Client work.

Your caseload will include:

• Estate administration
\n
• Probate matters
\n
• Will drafting and reviews
\n
• Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
\n
• Trust creation and administration
\n
• Court of Protection matters
\n
• Inheritance Tax (IHT) planning
\n
• Trust and estate administration
\n
• Estate accounts and tax administration
\n
• Elderly client advice
\n
• Trust and estate disputes (assisting)
\n

About You

\n
• Previous experience working as a Private Client Paralegal or Legal Assistant
\n
• Experience handling straightforward probate files with minimal supervision
\n
• Knowledge of wills, probate, LPAs and estate administration
\n
• Excellent organisational and client care skills
\n
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage a varied workload
\n
• A genuine interest in developing a long-term career in Private Client law
\n
