QHSE Advisor

Reed QHSE are delighted to be supporting a specialist engineering organisation in their search for a QHSE & Projects Advisor to join their team.

This is a varied role combining QHSE leadership, compliance management, and project administration support. You will play a key role in maintaining integrated management systems, driving a positive safety culture, supporting audits and certifications, and assisting with tender and project documentation.

Key responsibilities:

• Leading and promoting company QHSE policies, procedures, and best practices
\n
• Managing ISO accreditations, audits, certifications, and compliance activities
\n
• Monitoring training requirements and maintaining employee competency records
\n
• Investigating incidents, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective actions
\n
• Developing and tracking QHSE KPIs, objectives, and continuous improvement initiatives
\n
• Supporting tender submissions, project administration, and document control
\n
• Delivering training and promoting a strong safety-focused culture across the business
\n

We are keen to speak with candidates who hold a NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent) and have experience managing ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 systems. Previous experience within a QHSE role, combined with strong organisational and administrative skills, is essential.
