\n - Based in Guildford (2 days per week in the office sand 3 days from home)\n

\n - Full time permanent role paying up to £85,000 plus benefits\n

\n A reputable technology firm based in Guildford are looking for an experienced Head of Finance to join their team. This is a great opportunity to lead a finance team and support further growth of a successful company. Duties will include:\n

\n - Taking ownership of the finance function and work closely with COO to deliver continuous transformation\n

\n - Lead the finance team and direct line management of individuals\n

\n - Drive and integrate AI and automation solutions\n

\n - Managing senior level stakeholders \n

\n - Reporting across commercial pricing and profitability and making suggestions where required\n

\n - Own financial planning, forecasting and management reporting\n

\n - Own statutory and regulatory compliance including audit, corporation tax, VAT and payroll\n

\n To be considered suitable for this Head of Finance role you will need the following skills and experience;\n

\n - Fully qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA\n

\n - Strong leadership/management experience \n

\n - Previous ownership if month end, financial control and reporting\n

\n - Previous experience of transformation within a finance function, ideally including AI tool implementation\n

\n - Strong commercial business acumen\n

\n - Ability to operate at a senior leadership level \n
