\n\n\nCaledonia Solar designs, funds and delivers large-scale solar installations for commercial and industrial businesses across Scotland.
\n\n\nWe manage the full project, including initial assessment, system design, funding, grid applications and installation. Funding options include fully funded Power Purchase Agreements, allowing eligible businesses to install commercial solar without upfront capital.
\n\n\nWe are looking for commercially connected people who can identify suitable opportunities, open the right doors and introduce us to the decision-maker.
\n\n\nThe Opportunity
\n\n\nYour remit is clear: identify commercial or industrial properties with substantial roof space, establish who controls the energy or property decision, and introduce Caledonia Solar.
\n\n\nOur technical and commercial team will then assess the opportunity, model the financial case, structure the appropriate funding route and manage the project through to delivery.
\n\n\nNo previous solar or energy-sector experience is required. Full training will be provided, together with a company phone, laptop and access to our CRM platform to manage and protect your pipeline.
\n\n\nThe Types of Sites We Want
\n\n\nWe are particularly interested in: Warehouses and distribution centres, Manufacturing and industrial premises, Retail parks and large individual stores, Agricultural and farm buildings, Commercial property portfolios, Hotels, leisure facilities and hospitality sites, Large car parks suitable for solar carports.
\n\n\nThe strongest opportunities will generally involve owner-occupied or long-leasehold premises, significant usable roof space and annual electricity expenditure of at least £25,000.
\n\n\nYou do not need to determine whether a project is technically viable. Where there is a credible business, building and decision-maker, bring the opportunity to us and we will assess it.

\n\n\nThis opportunity is particularly suited to someone who already has relationships across commercial property, facilities management, construction, manufacturing, agriculture, professional services or business finance.
\n\n\nYou may be an experienced business developer looking for a high-value new market, a commercial property or facilities professional with an established network, a consultant or adviser looking to create an additional income stream, a well-connected senior professional seeking a flexible commercial role, or someone who has spent a career building trusted business relationships and knows how to open doors.
\n\n\nEarnings
\n\n\nThis is a commission-only opportunity with no cap on earnings. Commission is paid on successfully converted commercial solar projects. Because individual project values can be substantial, a relatively small number of completed installations can generate significant annual earnings.
\n\n\nCommission is structured across multiple stages of each project, meaning earnings begin well before final completion.The full commission structure, payment stages and worked earnings examples will be explained during the initial conversation.
