Crawley, West Sussex (Hybrid – 2 days per week)

Up to £60,000

12-month Fixed-Term Contract (with strong potential to become permanent)

Do you have extensive Dayforce experience alongside strong Power BI, SQL and HR data skills?

\n

Our client is looking for an experienced HRIS & Data Specialist to become the subject matter expert for their Dayforce platform. This is a business-critical role where you'll take ownership of the system, support HR, Payroll and IT teams, and help maximise the value of a recently implemented HRIS.

\n


\n

This role will suit someone who combines hands-on Dayforce expertise with strong technical data and reporting capabilities, and enjoys using data to improve systems, processes and decision-making.

\n

In this role, you will:

\n
    \n
  • Own and support the Dayforce platform across HR, Payroll and Workforce Management.
  • \n
  • Build reports, dashboards and semantic models using Power BI, SQL and Excel.
  • \n
  • Work with HR data across systems, ensuring data accuracy, integrity and quality.
  • \n
  • Troubleshoot system and data issues and maintain system performance.
  • \n
  • Manage system releases, configurations, integrations and enhancements.
  • \n
  • Identify opportunities to automate and improve HR processes.
  • \n
  • Act as the Dayforce expert, supporting and coaching users across the business.
  • \n

Essential requirements:

\n
    \n
  • Minimum 3 years' hands-on Dayforce experience.
  • \n
  • Strong Power BI and SQL skills, with good back-end data knowledge.
  • \n
  • Experience building Power BI reports, dashboards and semantic models.
  • \n
  • Strong knowledge of HRIS, Payroll and Workforce Management.
  • \n
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • \n
  • Experience with HR systems configuration, reporting and integrations.
  • \n
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to support non-technical users.
  • \n
  • A proactive approach to problem solving, continuous improvement and data quality.
  • \n

Desirable:

\n
    \n
  • Dayforce certification.
  • \n
  • Experience with ServiceNow or API integrations.
  • \n
  • Multi-country payroll experience.
  • \n
  • Knowledge of Agile or UAT testing.
  • \n
\n
