\n Looking for a stable night shift role?We are currently recruiting Night Shift Warehouse Operatives to join a busy and fast-paced distribution centre in Avonmouth. \n Full training is provided, making this an excellent opportunity whether you have previous warehouse experience or are looking to build a career in logistics.\n

\n The RoleAs a Night Shift Warehouse Operative, your duties will include:\n
\n
\n

\n
• Picking and packing customer orders accurately
  
  
\n
• Loading and unloading vehicles
  
  
\n
• Scanning and sorting parcels
  
  
\n
• Working within both chilled and ambient warehouse areas
  
  
\n
• Using a pump truck to move pallets when required
  
  
\n
• Ensuring orders are prepared accurately and on time
  
  
\n
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment
  
  
\n
• Following all health and safety procedures
  
  
\n

Working Environment This role involves working in both:\n
\n
\n

\n
• Chilled warehouse: 2°C to 8°C
  
  
\n
• Ambient warehouse: 15°C to 25°C
  
  
\n

Please note: Due to the chilled environment, suitable warm clothing is recommended. Safety footwear is essential.\n
\n
\n What We're Looking ForThe successful candidate will be:\n

\n

• Reliable, punctual and hardworking

• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling duties
  
  
\n
• Able to stand and work for the majority of the shift
  
  
\n
• Comfortable working in both chilled and ambient environments
  
  
\n
• Able to work accurately in a fast-paced warehouse environment
  
  
\n
• A team player with a positive attitude
  
  
\n

Essential Requirements\n

\n
• Full UK driving licence (maximum 6 penalty points)
  
  
\n
• Able to pass a criminal record check
  
  
\n

Desirable\n

\n
• Previous warehouse, picking or packing experience
  
  
\n
• Basic computer skills, as additional training may be provided on warehouse systems, increasing opportunities for a permanent position
  
  
\n
