Our client, a well-established and highly regarded regional law firm, is looking to strengthen its growing Property team in Chester with the appointment of an experienced Residential Property Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer.

This is a genuine growth opportunity as the firm is expanding its footprint in the region and this hire will play a key role in shaping that presence, while joining a supportive, close-knit team that's backed by the scale and resources of a larger national group.

The role comes with the opportunity to lead a team in the foreseeable future, if this is something of interest.

The Role

You'll manage your own varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction to completion, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
\n
• Remortgages
\n
• Transfers of equity
\n
• New build transactions
\n
• Shared ownership matters
\n
• Right to Buy transactions
\n
• Regular liaison with clients, agents, lenders and other solicitors
\n

About You

\n
• Qualified Solicitor, CILEX Fellow or Licensed Conveyancer with 5+ years' PQE
\n
• Proven track record running a residential conveyancing caseload with minimal supervision
\n
• Strong technical grounding across residential property work
\n
• A relationship-builder who delivers a first-class client experience
\n
• Highly organised, detail-focused, and a good team player
\n
• Motivated by the chance to help build a growing office
\n
