Customer Service Advisor - Premium Brand

Working for an international premium brand, this is an opportunity to join the Customer Experience team and play an important role in how customers experience the brand.

You’ll be dealing directly with customers, helping with enquiries, resolving issues and making sure they receive a professional and positive experience. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys helping customers, and wants to feel part of a supportive team.

This is initially a 12-month maternity cover contract, with the potential to become permanent for the right person.

The Role

The role will involve taking a proactive approach to customer service and making sure customers are kept informed throughout their journey. Responsibilities will include:

• Dealing with customers by telephone and email

• Handling customer enquiries and complaints in a professional and confident manner
\n
• Taking ownership of customer queries and seeing them through to resolution
\n
• Keeping customers updated and managing expectations where there are delays or issues
\n
• Working with other teams across the business to resolve customer queries
\n
• Maintaining accurate customer records and completing related administration
\n
• Providing a high standard of customer service and contributing to excellent customer feedback
\n
• Ad-hoc Administrative tasks

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in customer service, customer care, client services, retail or a similar customer-facing environment. A friendly and professional manner is important, along with the confidence to deal with customers and handle more difficult conversations when required.

You’ll have strong communication skills, good attention to detail and be well organised, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. We’re open to candidates from different backgrounds, and previous experience within the watch industry is not essential.

Additional Information

This is a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover position, with the potential to become permanent.

Training will be provided, along with the opportunity to develop your product and systems knowledge.
