Temporary role covering Maternity leave

Monday to Friday 9.00am to 4.30 with 1-hour unpaid lunch

\n

£12.81 per hour paid weekly - PAYE

\n

Start Date - Immediate

\n

Location - TW18 4JQ

\n

This role is the first point of contact for a busy automotive company.

\n

As Receptionist you will ensure the smooth running of the front of house, greeting visitors and customers, along with dealing with all inbound calls and supporting all team from Parts, Sales and Service divisions.

\n

This is a pivotal role in maintaining a professional and welcoming environment for staff and clients.

\n

Key Responsibilities - Reception * Greet and sign in visitors. * Maintain a professional and organised reception area. * Manage inbound calls and transfer to correct departments. * Answer calls, transfer without delay, and take accurate messages. * Keep staff contact lists up to date. * Undertake other general administrative tasks as directed.Person Profile

\n

Essential Skills & Experience * Minimum 2 years in a similar Receptionist role. * Excellent organisational skills, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks independently. * High attention to detail and accuracy. * Strong written and verbal communication skills to liaise effectively with a diverse workforce and external visitors. * Confident using MS Office, particularly Outlook, Word and PowerPoint to an intermediate level..

Personality & Fit * Friendly, welcoming and approachable; understands the impact of being the 'face' of the business. * Self-starter with a "can-do" attitude who takes ownership of tasks. * Personable, uses initiative, happy to get stuck in and support wherever needed.
