We are recruiting for an Onsite Site Services Coordinator to join a successful and growing organisation, supporting a key customer account. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and customer-focused individual who enjoys a hands-on role, combining stock management, customer service and relationship management.Working on-site with the customer, you will be responsible for ensuring stock availability, managing inventory systems, resolving service issues and maintaining a well-organised stores environment. The role offers excellent exposure to both operational and customer-facing activities and could lead to a permanent position for the right candidate.Key Responsibilities:\n

  • Carry out regular stock checks and inventory management activities
  • \n
  • Receive and process deliveries, ensuring goods are stored correctly
  • \n
  • Maintain accurate records on the stores management system
  • \n
  • Monitor stock levels and expedite orders where required
  • \n
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers
  • \n
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve operational issues promptly
  • \n
  • Manage industrial vending equipment where applicable
  • \n
  • Produce and distribute system-generated reports
  • \n
  • Liaise with customer service, sales and operational teams to ensure a seamless service
  • \n
  • Maintain high standards of housekeeping within stores and vending areas
  • \n
  • Identify opportunities to improve service levels and support business growth
  • \n
About You:\n
    \n
  • Previous experience within a stores, warehouse, logistics or stock control environment
  • \n
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • \n
  • Customer-focused with a proactive and positive approach
  • \n
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • \n
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and inventory management systems
  • \n
  • Able to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
  • \n
  • Experience within industrial, manufacturing or engineering environments would be advantageous but is not essential
  • \n
