CNC Setter / Operator

We're looking for an experienced CNC Setter / Operator to join a busy manufacturing team producing high-quality precision components using CNC multi-tasking lathes.

• Set and operate CNC lathes for small to medium batch production.
\n
• Read and interpret engineering drawings.
\n
• Inspect components using measuring equipment.
\n
• Edit Fanuc-based programs.
\n
• Carry out machine maintenance checks.
\n
• Complete quality and traceability documentation.
\n
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping and safety.
\n

\n
• Experience setting and operating CNC lathes.
\n
• Knowledge of 4-axis CNC machines and Fanuc controls.
\n
• Able to read engineering drawings and use inspection equipment.
\n
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
\n
• Team player with a positive and flexible approach.
\n

\n
• Twin spindle machine experience.
\n
• Knowledge of AS9100 standards.
\n
• Aerospace or precision engineering experience.
\n

Week 1

\n
• Monday to Friday, 6:00am to 2:00pm
\n

Week 2

\n
• Monday to Thursday, 2:00pm to 10:30pm
\n
• Friday, 2:00pm to 7:30pm
\n
