Join a busy Adult Health and Social Care service in a crucial role supporting an Assisted Living operation. This Administrator position focuses on administrative tasks related to order processing and scheduling equipment necessary for aiding independent living within the community. The role operates on a shift pattern over 3 weeks with no weekend work required.
\nDay-to-day of the role:

- Receiving Referrals:\n
- \n
- Accept and process a variety of referrals from multiple sources. \n
- Input installation and cancellation details into the database daily. \n
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all referral information. \n
- Handle telephone inquiries from customers and family members, providing information to relevant teams. \n
- Make referrals to other statutory and voluntary organisations as needed. \n
\n - Scheduling:\n
- \n
- Manage and prioritise delivery schedules to ensure efficient use of resources. \n
- Arrange collections and reschedule deliveries as necessary. \n
- Maintain accurate customer information and referral details in the system. \n
- Plan and organise appointment routes using computerised systems. \n
\n - Processing of Official Orders:\n
- \n
- Comply with statutory financial obligations. \n
- Raise and process orders using financial systems. \n
- Assist in budget reporting and support annual financial processes. \n
- Coordinate the ordering of equipment to support daily living tasks and maintain independence. \n

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Effective organisational and communication skills, both written and verbal. \n
- Ability to analyse data and produce effective reports and presentations. \n
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office packages and other relevant computer applications. \n
- Experience in handling logistics and maintaining accurate records. \n
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop excellent working relationships. \n
- Ability to prioritise workload and manage competing demands independently. \n
- Respect for confidentiality and a strong customer service orientation. \n
