Senior Quantity Surveyor (Infrastructure) Salary: to £95k + package Based: London (NW1) An experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor is required for a major flagship infrastructure project! You will be joining a high-performing commercial team, taking ownership of a major design package within a fast-paced environment, managing cost, risk and change across a design-led programme. Reporting into the Lead Commercial Manager, the role offers excellent long term career prospects backed with a rewarding working environment Key Responsibilities: Oversee high-value packages under NEC3/NEC4 contractsManage compensation events, early warnings, and change control processesProvide robust cost forecasting, risk management, and reportingChallenge and influence project teams, consultants, and subcontractorsReview programme impacts and ensure commercial positions are protectedSupport and mentor junior commercial team membersThe Suitable Applicant will have the following experience: Strong NEC contract experienceProven track record managing complex, high-change projectsHave confidence in your ability and be able to influence at all levelsExperience working on design or design & build environmentsTPBN1_UKTJ
