What youll do\n
\n Lead support planning and coordinate our Support Workers to deliver person-centred support\n
\n Balance support, safeguarding, admin and meetings while guiding colleagues and managing caseloads\n
\n Support Customers with daily tasks like budgeting, cooking and attending appointments\n
\n Work with multi-agency teams to safeguard and empower our customers\n
\n Help customers build independence and prepare for their move-on into the community\n

You have\n
\n Passion and experience in supporting others ideally in a supported housing setting\n
\n Level 3 Diploma in Care or equivalent experience (or are willing to work towards it)\n
\n Experience assessing referrals and coordinating support\n
\n The ability to work under your own initiative, remain calm under pressure and have a resilient approach\n
\n Young person service (young people aged 16-17 )\n

The practical bits\n
\n Permanent, part time (22.5 hpw)\n
\n 3 days per week, including weekends and bank holidays, the shifts will be 8am-4pm or 2pm-10pm and will have 1 sleep.\n
\n Service based role\n
\n You need an Enhanced with barring list (we pay)\n
