Covering both development and delivery, this is a unique opportunity to manage our projects from start to finish, working across an exciting range of mixed-tenure schemes.From early site identification through to handover and the end of the Defects Liability Period, youll keep multiple housing schemes moving, supporting delivery on time, within budget, and to the high standards our customers expect.What youll doDeliver new-home development schemes across the full project lifecycle on time and to budgetManage projects from planning and legals through to site completion, handover and defectsTrack costs and performance, manage budgets and meet targetsBuild strong relationships with contractors, partners, internal teams and customersOversee compliance and design-led quality across all developments, keeping our customers needs at the heart of every decision.Why join usAs a large developer, youll join our experienced team working across an exciting range of projects. Unfortunately, we cant offer a CoS for this role.You haveProven project management experience, delivering multi-site residential led development sites to design standards.Experience in the commercial aspects of housing development, including planning, contractor procurement, contractor management through to sales.Procuring contractors and managing them through deliveryGreat knowledge and experience in the planning system and laws to implement compliant and approved schemes.Good organisational and communication skills to be able to manage multiple projectsStronger togetherWe do our best work when were ourselves. Youll work Monday to Friday.
